On most occasions I would ask you please leave a message for me when you call, provide your contact information and I will get back with you as-soon-as possible.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, please contact me to arrange a return for a refund of the item purchase price. Shipping charges nor return shipping cost will not be refunded.
